- Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations can only be made within 24 hours. After processing, modifications will not be possible.

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.  

- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.  

- Items marked as final sale, personalized items, and undergarments are not eligible for return.
