- Items marked as final sale, personalized items, or undergarments are not eligible for return.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.  

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.  

 6. Cancellations & Order Modifications  

- Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
